Spam from myself???

Lately on my Gmail account, I (and a fellow co-worker) have been getting spam that is apparently sent by ourselves!!!!????? In the sender details it says it's sent by our work email hub. The emails include links to prescriptions, Viagra, porn sites, and such. I can't set up a Filter because it will block ME! So frusterating. Can anyone help!?
